Fire Clock processes account details (name, email), organisation details you enter, premises metadata, compliance events, and uploaded evidence files needed to operate the service. Evidence files are hashed at upload; the hash, uploader and timestamp are retained with the record.

We do not sell personal data. We do not send your compliance content to large language model providers — there are no LLM calls in the product.
